Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back, how to request a refund, and what happens if a card payment goes into dispute. It applies to every order placed on famevibe.io and is part of our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, this policy controls for refund matters.

Short version

  • Card payments: refundable when we cannot deliver your order. Money goes back to the same card.
  • Crypto payments: non-refundable. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. We can offer wallet credit instead.
  • Contact us first. Most refund requests are resolved within hours. Please reach out before filing a chargeback with your bank.

1. When you are entitled to a refund

You can request a full or partial refund in any of these situations:

  • We did not start your order. If you contact us before delivery starts, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
  • We cannot deliver your order. If we are unable to deliver the followers, likes, views, or other engagement you paid for, you get a full refund. This includes provider outages, your platform changing its rules, or a service being permanently removed from our catalogue.
  • Partial delivery. If only part of your order is delivered and we cannot complete the rest within a reasonable time, we refund the undelivered portion on a pro-rata basis. You can also choose a free refill instead.
  • Duplicate or accidental order. If you accidentally placed the same order twice and the duplicate has not been delivered, contact us and we refund the duplicate.
  • Order anytime within 30 days. Refund requests should be opened within 30 days of the order. After that, refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

2. When refunds are not possible

  • Order already delivered in full. Once the followers, likes, views, or engagement have been delivered to the link you supplied, the order is treated as fulfilled. If counts drop later, we cover them through the refill window described on the service page, not through a cash refund.
  • Account deleted or post removed after we start. We verify your profile or post at checkout, so a wrong or non-existent link is caught up-front before payment goes through — you cannot submit a broken link by mistake. However, if you delete your account, remove the post, or set the profile to private after we have started delivery, the work is already done on our side and we cannot refund the cost.
  • Crypto payments. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain. We can offer wallet credit equal to the refundable amount, redeemable on any future order. We cannot send crypto back to a different wallet or convert it to a card refund.
  • Terms violation. Orders that violate our Acceptable Use rules or our political/sensitive-content rules may be cancelled without a refund.

3. How to request a refund

The fastest way to get a refund is to message us directly. Please include your order number and a short description of the issue so we can resolve it on the first reply.

4. How long refunds take

  • Card refunds are issued through our payment processor on the same business day we approve the request. The money typically reaches your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We do not control bank-side timing.
  • Wallet credit is added to your FameVibe account instantly and can be applied at checkout on any future order.
  • Crypto orders are settled by wallet credit only (see Section 2). Credit appears in your account immediately after we approve the request.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

We take payment disputes seriously and follow a clear, fair process for resolving them. The fastest and simplest path for everyone is to contact us before contacting your bank — most issues are resolved the same day.

  • Talk to us first. Almost every issue we see in chargebacks could have been solved by a single support message. If you think something went wrong with your order, contact us before contacting your bank. We will work with you and aim to resolve refund cases the same day.
  • Chargebacks without contact. Filing a chargeback before contacting support is a violation of our Terms of Service. We treat unannounced chargebacks as the customer choosing the formal dispute process instead of the support process.
  • Evidence we submit to the bank. When a chargeback is filed, we are required by the card network to respond. We share with the bank the order record, the link or account that was credited, the delivery logs from our system, and any prior support correspondence. This is standard practice for digital goods and is how card networks ask us to handle disputes.
  • Friendly fraud. If the order was delivered to the account you supplied and you later file a chargeback claiming you did not receive it, the card network calls this "friendly fraud". We contest those disputes with the delivery evidence above.
  • Account effect. Customers with open chargebacks have their FameVibe account paused until the dispute is closed. After a confirmed friendly-fraud chargeback we may decline future orders from the same customer, card, or device.

6. Why crypto is non-refundable

Cryptocurrency payments settle directly on a public blockchain. Once a transaction is confirmed on the network it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or recalled — not by us, not by the payment gateway, not by the wallet you paid from. This is a property of the technology, not a policy choice. The customer-friendly equivalent we offer is wallet credit: the refundable amount is applied to your FameVibe account at the same USD value as the original payment, and it never expires.

7. Currency and fees

Orders are charged in US Dollars. When we issue a card refund, the processor sends the same USD amount back to the card. Your bank handles the conversion to your local currency at its own rate on the day the refund clears, which may differ slightly from the rate on the day of purchase. FameVibe does not charge any refund-handling fee. Foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fees applied by your bank are outside our control and are not refunded by us — they are a fee your bank charged you, not us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as our payment options, providers, or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent material revision. Orders are governed by the version of this policy that was live on the day the order was placed.
