Terms of Service

Welcome to FameVibe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "customer") and FameVibe ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of our website, accounts, and social-media growth services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By placing an order, creating an account, or using any part of the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using FameVibe you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that any account, page, post, or link you submit to us is one that you legitimately own or are authorized to promote on behalf of its owner.
2. The Service
FameVibe is an independent social-media marketing service that helps you grow engagement (followers, likes, views, comments, and similar metrics) on third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and others. We are not the same company as, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those platforms. The features available, delivery speed, and quality vary by package and are described on the relevant service page at the time of order.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are placed through our website and processed once payment is successfully received. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD); a local currency display may be offered as a courtesy conversion at the live exchange rate at the time of viewing. The amount actually charged is the USD price, and your bank, card issuer, or payment processor may apply additional currency-conversion or international-transaction fees that we do not control.
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors (card networks, crypto gateways, or wallet credits). We do not store full card numbers. By submitting payment you authorize the relevant processor to charge the order total plus any applicable fees, and you authorize us to use the information you provide to fulfill and support the order.
4. Delivery
Delivery times shown on each service page are good-faith estimates based on typical order volume. They are not guarantees. Most orders begin within minutes and complete within the window listed on the service page; large orders, refill orders, and drip-feed orders may take longer. Delays caused by the third-party platform, maintenance windows, or rate-limits on the platform's side are outside our control.
You are responsible for providing the correct link or username at checkout. If the link is wrong, set to private, deleted, or otherwise unreachable after delivery has started, the order is treated as fulfilled and is not refundable. Always double-check the link before paying.
5. Refund Policy
We aim to deliver every order in full. The summary below outlines the main rules; the complete and controlling refund terms are in our dedicated Refund Policy, including how card vs crypto payments differ and how chargebacks are handled.
- Order not started. If we have not begun delivery and you contact support before delivery starts, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial delivery. If only part of the order is delivered and the remainder cannot be completed within a reasonable time, we will refund the undelivered portion on a pro-rata basis or, at our discretion, offer a free refill.
- Drop after delivery. Many of our services include a refill window (described on the service page). If counts drop inside that window we will issue a free refill on request. After the refill window closes, drops are not refundable.
- Wrong link or wrong account. Refunds cannot be issued if the link, username, or post you supplied was incorrect, or if you set the account to private or deleted the content after we started.
- Refund window. Refund requests must be opened through our support channel within 30 days of the order. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (or as wallet credit when the original method cannot be reversed, e.g. expired crypto invoices).
- Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback before contacting support is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending or future orders.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to do, promote, or facilitate any of the following:
- Anything that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
- Submitting links to accounts, pages, or content you do not own or are not authorized to promote on behalf of the owner.
- Impersonating another person, business, or public figure, or using the Service in connection with phishing, scams, or fraud.
- Promoting content that targets, harasses, or endangers minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any way.
- Promoting hate speech, terrorism, organized violence, or content that targets people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Promoting content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right.
- Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our website, APIs, payment flow, or admin tools.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that we believe in good faith violates this section, with or without notice. If we determine after delivery that the order violated these rules, we may suspend the related account and pursue appropriate legal remedies.
7. Political, Election & Sensitive Content
Because the Service can artificially amplify reach, we apply additional restrictions to politically sensitive use. By placing an order you confirm and agree that:
- No election manipulation. The Service may not be used to artificially boost the visibility of political candidates, parties, ballot measures, referenda, election-related campaign accounts, or paid political advertising. This applies to all elections, in any country, including during silent / cooling-off periods imposed by national election commissions.
- No coordinated inauthentic behavior. You may not use the Service to create the appearance of grassroots support that does not exist, to coordinate inauthentic campaigns across multiple accounts, or to act on behalf of a state or political organization to influence public discourse.
- No targeting of public figures or minorities. You may not direct the Service against accounts, posts, or hashtags belonging to journalists, activists, dissidents, public officials, or minority communities with the intent to harass, dox, drown out, or intimidate.
- Platform compliance is your responsibility. Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, and other platforms have additional rules for political advertising, including verified-advertiser requirements, mandatory disclosure labels, and country-specific bans. The Service is not a substitute for those processes; using it for political content while bypassing the platform's own political-ad rules is prohibited and may result in your platform account being penalized by the platform itself.
- Public figures' own accounts. A journalist, public official, candidate, activist, or other public figure may place orders for their own verified, public-facing accounts and content. What is prohibited is using the Service against, on behalf of, or to impersonate another public figure without authorization.
We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion when we believe the order touches political, election, or sensitive-content rules in this section. We have no obligation to publish detailed reasons for any refusal.
8. Account Safety
We never ask for the password to your social-media account, your two-factor authentication codes, or your security recovery information. Anyone claiming to be FameVibe support and asking for these is impersonating us. Please report it to us immediately.
The Service operates on top of third-party platforms whose policies are outside our control. While our delivery methods are designed to look natural, we cannot guarantee that any platform will not change its rules, recount engagement, mark accounts for review, or take any other action affecting your account. By using the Service you accept this residual risk.
9. Trademarks & Non-Affiliation
Instagram and the Instagram logo are trademarks of Instagram, LLC; Facebook, Reels, and the Meta logo are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; TikTok and the TikTok logo are trademarks of TikTok Pte. Ltd.; YouTube and the YouTube logo are trademarks of Google LLC; X (formerly Twitter) is a trademark of X Corp. All other product names, logos, and brands referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. FameVibe is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. References to platforms are descriptive only.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FameVibe, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms, or any damages exceeding the amount you paid us for the specific order or service that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FameVibe and its team from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent material revision. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give reasonable notice (such as a banner on the site or an email). Your continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to their conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved through good-faith support communication shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
